Hi I thought I have to share this,
Earlier just after dark I went to look for bristle worms and witnessed our peppermint shrimp standing on the highest point in the rock work and shaking like mad.
Went back in an hour later and with the red light seen hundreds of minute shrimps lol wot a bargain this is why I love fish keeping and the real reason we are here.
I scooped a fine mesh net through a ball of them and put them in a jug and under normal light you cant see them pop-ed the red torch under and there they are about 1mm and with a good eye can make them out like mini peps magic...
Thought I'd share that with you all just to get back to why forums are forums..

At this age they can take newly hatched brine shrimp.
Also good to have air going into the jug very slowly such as 1 bubble per second. Any more than this and they seem to get knocked around.
