Mine too ;)
Once we get the main reef sorted out though I'm hoping it'll start to look better. Need to stock up on corals again, and not ones the Emperor is going to eat this time

Your wish is my command Callum.
When I first got him back in July and not quite finished changing colour:

Oh yes, have always wanted an orange shoulder cause the colours are so different from other reef fish. He just keeps getting better as he matures too. Looking forward to seeing how long the tail streamers get.

Brilliant Gilly.
I really like that big tank, as you know, but the wee nanos are looking great too.

Thanks everyone, I always pick faults with my own tanks, so its nice to hear some positive comments ;)
Elliee, the lighting on the 160g reef is an Arcadia Series 3 twin 250w metal halide unit with actinics. We have the unit centrally located so as to create a spotlight effect with dark areas at each end for low light loving corals. Well that was the theory anyway. It doesn't half make it hard to take a picture though cause the ends always come out black :o

Love the tank Gilly, particularly like the valley effect with the 2 bommies.
Do you ever have any trouble with detritus settling behind them?

Oops, sorry Mr Teee overlooked your question :o
No don't have any detritus behind the bommies. They are in fact about 3-4" from the rear glass to allow the fish to swim behind. There's a spattering of sand back there but mostly bare bottom and plenty of room for the star fish and other detritus eaters to get in and clean it up.
PS, thanks for the kind comment Mike ;)
looks loverly. Get the back cleaned up though :D

I know, I know should've done it before I took the picture but didn't think of that till after I'd posted :o
Actually that's only about 3 weeks worth of coralline growth, its getting out of hand
