Site Rules Changed??

Hi, have the rules changed regarding PM's for some reason? I keep getting a message telling me I can't send them now until I have made 25 posts... never had problems before!

Hi, OK is he around during the day or should I call him in the evening? I was at his house last week and I have got his number but I'm not sure if he is a full time seller or just part-time along with a fulltime occupation.
