Afternoon guys, im needing a new cabinet for my tank and was considering going down the DIY route.
I have read the thread on UR but was wonfering if anyone knew where else i could get ideas for the stand.

Needs to be 100cm wide, 40cm deep and tall enough to fit a deltec APF600 in.
Would also prefer the stand to be around the 70-80cm due to the fact the tank is only 20cm high.

Any help appreciated guys, ideally need to do this as cheap as possible aswell.
Im not too clue up on DIY so will be getting some help from the father.

These are the doors i am looking at using -

Just not too sure what size i would need to frame to be to fit them

Peace

Hi why not make a cardboard mock up of the skimmer height and width and go from there it will give you some insight how much room you need. You can get all dimentions of the net for skimmer sizes etc HTH Twiggy:grouphug:

Did you end up making a cabinet?

Im also thinking of going down the same route, would like to know if you got anywhere, how you did it & what materials you used.

Cheers
