Will new members note that to put up a ad for anything for sale, you will have to have at least 50 posts to your name. This is due to members joining and not putting posts up so they can advertise there goods for sale. Eric

Jamie its a general rule to stop people only intrested in using the board for their own gain, You are a contributor and that what we want on the board.

also can i just add i would have over 50 post by now but everytime i try to add photos of my tanks to my pics it allways drops out and after 3-4 atempts i give up

just thought i would appolagise just sussed out what my problem was after having my machine reinstalled i hadnt adjusted the resizing right in paintshop now sorted can post more pics now

Try irfanview for resizing pics. It isa much more user friendly than paintshop and is free to download.

Great idea but you could add with your discretion Eric-so someone who has say 40 posts and is a regular posting newby could message you to have their ad put on rather than been as strict as other sites.

Hi Neil thats what we do as the 50 post rule is assessed by the Mods and allowed if a constant poster is wanting to advertise something. All they have to do is PM either Admin or a Mod and they will say wether they can post. Twiggy:grouphug:
