Iodine

I have two bottles of lugols iodine that havnt been touched yet and was wondering what the best way of mixing this up is?, i have a 5x2x2 and full of softies so thought this might help them along a bit but not sure on what the best mix up is..

dont know much about iodine apart from the fact i was warned about it because if you overdose i believ it can be fatal...think this is right?? i stand to be corrected

Read up before you dose, over dose will lead to BIG problems.

I use iodine but unless you monitor then dont use. There is much debate on the use of iodine. It is like paracetemol to humans USED PROPERLY IT IS GREAT, If not ITS VATAL.
