Hi
Its only a 6'x2'x2'!
Its all down to the aquascaping
I do have additional sumps and refugums added on.
I think there is about 2" either side of the room to spare.
the other half doesnt like fish so it is upstairs in my study which makes it great cause i can watch it whilst being on reef sites, sipping rioja and keeping out of the way! 8-)
Cheers

You welcome comments good or bad, the only bad thing about your tank is its in your study. Something as beautiful as that should take pride of place in the lounge. Awesome, I love the Anthias they look fantastic in a shoal, the corals look great too.
Awesome FJ, awesome. Nothing else to say really.

Really nice FJ, i have never seen a pic of your tank before i dont think! Well not since the sand bed disaster..
That blue acro looks stunning (The last pic in the first post)!
Have you ever had problems adding these anthias? I fancied adding another small different group (prob another trio) but dont know how my male would take it (i have a trio of bimac's P. bimaculatus) do you always add females?
Anyways nice tank fella, a few more pics wouldnt go a miss though!

Hi
Thanks again!
I always add females as i am not too sure how my male would take to another male?
I have squampinni and bicolours and i am due to pick up a couple of other anthias tomorrow but my LFS is a bit unsure of their exact type.
I feed 4-6 times per day with a Ehiem autofeeder which is essentail IMO for the long term survival of anthias.
Sorry guys i cant get a full tank shot due to the size of the room it is in and if i take one from the door the tank looks crap! :(
Anyway glad you like the pics

Hey FJ does your wife know how much you spend on this little hobby of yours???

Oh yeah and she doesnt care! 8-)
As long as i take her shopping once in a while (going today) she is happy
It is really funny as she doesnt take a bit of interest in my reef even when she sits beside it when using the PC and a few weeks back she felt a tap on the shoulder and a green chromis had decided to play superman and jump out of the tank hitting her on the shoulder! 8-)
She did put it back in!
Maybe they are trying to tell her something!
Cheers

That's a truly stunning tank FJ ;)
What filtration and lighting equipment are you running?
Do you quarantine new purchases before introducing them to the main aquarium?
Wow, superb tank.
How do you post pics that size on this board. I have only managed small thumbnails?

lovely tank, nice majestic angel and copperband.does the majestic bother any of your corals and is the copperband feeding ok.a majority of copperbands dont feed at all and usually die quite quickly.the ones i have kept have all survived.you got nice variety of fish stock good luck. derek

Cheers for the kind comments!:)
To answer a few of your questions.....
Filtration in the main tank reef is 40 kg of fijian LR and a DSB.
I have 2 refugums added onto the set up which also have DSB's.
Skimming is performed by a Deltec APF 600,a Deltec TS1250 and a modified Turbofloater 1000.
Lighting is 250w 10k halide and 2 x 150w 10k halide
No i never quarantine as TMC and KKC alreday do this for me and any LFS that self import also hold before selling.
The copperband just died one night for no apparent reason so i will never get another as i do not believe in keeping anything that has a bad track record.
The majestic gets on fine with all my sps, clams lps and softies.
I feel it all depends on the individual fish as to how it will behave.
I adding a few more squmpinni anthias next week to my reef and i also will be adding a mandarin as my 7 year old female has just died:(
I suppose 7 years is good for a mandarin.
Cheers anyway
