Hi,

I have in mind a 48x24x24 tank.

I am thinking of going down the metal halide route.

Is there a unit on the market which sits on the tank much like the arcadia overtank thingy, and if so who sells them. (Thinking about twin 150's with 2 T5 bulbs - with timer option)

Any ideas? :?

if it's a buget light your after such as the aquarline ones these come with both hanging wires to fix them from the ceiling and the brackets to fix them on to the tank like the luminaires then give us a call.

Hi Ian,

Visited you on Saturday with Eric - nice shop :grin:

I would like a unit that sits on the tank - no drilling of walls - no hanging from ceiling (and would like to have t5,s within unit - so I could have them comming on then hilides then off - you get the picture) - is there such a thing - price is not a issue (well as long as not OTT).

Hi Ian

Yep these do come with that type of bracket and also the hanging ones too so you could have it either way. they also come with built in fans to keep the unit cool. if you want give chris a ring at the shop and tell him I have asked you to ring him for a price kind regards Ian
