water test results any advice

Your nitrates are a little high but have seen alot worse.Would need more info on your system,,ie,,Do you use a reactor,,A skimmer,,flow in tank,,What return pumps if any,,Do you test your RO,,Feeding,,Do you use phosphate remover,,general info on how you run your system.Although first of all you need to raise your calcium to around 420-460ppm.Once you get that right then check kh again.8kh is fine but best keeping it around the 9 to 12 mark.Could be explained alot better once people know if you run a calcium reactor etc and general upkeep of the tank.
