Popeye

My Sebae Clown has what I can only describe as popeye. One eye is severely swollen, but the other is fine. He isn't as active as usuall. Does anybody know what causes this and how to treat? Any help would be very much appreciated.

My lfs had this happen to a SquirrelFish they had in
i went in one week and there it was one eye massivly bigger than the other,
then the next week i went in it had gone back to normal completly
i dont think there is much you can do to help the condition,
just keep the water quality tip top and feed a quality varied diet of foodstuffs

Yeah still good looking, lol. Still has big eye, hopefully get them tranfered into new tank this weekend.
