I have two cleaner shrimp and they seem to be loosing their touch as they seem not to want to clean any fish that hangs around to be cleaned. Any suggestions why or how i could get them back to doing what they do best?
In the beginning they were out in the open constantly cleaning the fish but now all they do is stay behind a rock and eat the flake.
Are they more into the flake then cleaning the fish???
I had a cleaner that only ever cleaned fish when I first got him as he grew bigger never looked at any of the fish prefering to eat out of my hand Lost him after Id had him for 3 years:crying:

cleaner shrimp clean fish for a reason, they eat parasites. if your feeding them flake then they will soon take the easy option ;)
