Hi everyone. I've just been introduced to this site so I thought I'd post to say hello. Some of you may know me from other forums (Keith Hellyar)

I'll post some pics of my system once I've worked out how to do it.

Hello and welcome Keith, Cetainly recognise your name from around the patch.

If you dont figure it out let me know and I'll do a quick guide, we cant have the potential for more great system pics going down the drain!

Here's afew pics

My system consists of:-

Main tank 5x3x2.5 high
Sump 5x2x2

total capacity about 330 gallons

Its been set up for about a month. It was an upgrade from a 5x2x2 which is now my sump.

Trying hard to keep a mix of SPS and LPS.

Hi Keith. That looks a fine tank there m8y i especially love the Tangs as i am mad about Tangs, How do you find the 3 foot depth i bet it gives a better veiw to the tank. I am soon going to build a 4x4x3 in place of my 7x2x2 and cant imagine the depth of 4 foot will look like. Eric

Hi Keith and welcome. You tank looks very impressive. Is it viewable from 3 sides? Looks that way and If I could have the space I would love to do something similar.

The tank is 2.5 feet deep but it is 3 feet wide and 5 feet long. Loads of swimming space for my 2 Tangs. They are like different fish now they have room to use their fins. The Yellow Tang especially is much bolder. The 2.5 feet depth has helped with aquascaping and swimming room. I'm not sure I would want to go 3 feet though. My sleeves get wet as it is.

Yes its viewable on 3 sides. It acts as a room divider between kitchen/diner and the back sun room. I'm really please with it. It has made aquascaping easier and it really is like owning 2 tanks because the view from each side is so different.
