Have you been doing regular water changes and making sure your water quality is up to scratch? thats always the first port of call. Lighting is another issue with corals is it getting enough / too much? And of course water flow/movement?
If you let us know whats happening in there I'm sure someone will give you more advice. Bit tricky to advise you if we dont know more about your system.
Pin cusion coral or urchin. If urchin, then is there enough greenary for it, as these animals are primarily herbiverous.

What are your Nitrate and Nitrite readings?
I know you have done a water change so calcium should be ok. Have you changed anything recently position of pumps etc?

Nitrate and Nitrite levels are spot on, as is salinity.
Its definetly a coral and just done a water change and moved it slightly in to a flow of water again. Hopefully will pick up! Will keep you informed.
Thanx for suggestions
